After the recent story of this IRS whistleblower claiming prosecutorial malfeasance in the Delaware DA’s office I found it very ironic that the same lawyer representing him is also the lawyer representing Yole Roth and Timothy Thibault. Could this be the revenge plot Thibault’s girlfriend was tweeting about? Just saying, I find it awfully coincidental that he chose this particular lawyer and not any of the 50,000 lawyers in DC. I don’t think this is what people are expecting and I think it may be a trap.
